Don't leave it too late to book your bouncy castle ! Hope everyone enjoyed the lovely sunshine over the Easter weekend, we were fully booked for Saturday and Sunday leaving a lot of customers a little disappointed they couldn't book an inflatable with us during the lovely sunshine.

I thought it would be helpful to some of you for me to write this short article explaining why we need more notice for bouncy castle hire bookings and what goes into organising customers delivery and collections times over our busy summer weekend bookings.

Sadly we must of received close to 20 last minute calls from customers waiting to hire inflatables over this Easter weekend, this happens a lot during the summer season and although I can understand why some of you choose to wait and be sure the weather is going to be nice but unfortunately in most cases its too late notice for us to help.

Reasons why ?

Although operating this way requires a lot more effort from our side we believe its the only way to ensure all customer are happy and feel reassured there inflatable will be coming on time.

We know most other companies choose not to opt for this approach to save time on organising delivery and collection times and it helps the companies take more last minute bookings because they haven't promised any specific times to there exciting customers. I'm not saying anyone is wrong for choosing to operate bookings this way, but in my view customers are just left guessing what time they will receive there inflatable making it hard to arrange party and events times for there guest.

In most cases when we receive last minute calls from customers wanting to book with us its not the fact we haven't got any inflatables left to hire but more of a case of all delivery and collections times have already been pre arrange with our existing customer.
