1. How to book with 1st Choice Bouncy Castle Hire
Preferred method is to use our simple online booking system, click book online enter your details into the booking form and Ta-Daa your booking has been made. Alternatively you can book via telephone on 0800 160 1227

2.How much notice do you need in order to book an item with yourselves
We accept bookings 7 days a week from 9:00am - 09:00pm Office no: 0800 160 1227. Also you can book online 24 hours a day , during summer months we get very busy with bookings so its better booking early to avoid disappointment. Booking for a last minute party if we have the availability we will surely do everything we can to help.

3. What's the cost of your inflatables
We have a wide range of inflatables in array of different sizes and themes, all prices vary depending on the size and style of the inflatable you choose. Please take a look through our website to see a full list of prices, pictures & videos of each inflatable.

4.What does the price include
All bouncy castles come complete with 1.5hp blower, 2 x crash mats, extension lead & stakes to secure bouncy castle to the ground. ( for Indoor bookings the inflatables will be secured with Sand Bags). The final price you are given will include collection, delivery and set up with no hidden cost.
5.What time will my equipment be delivered and collected
Please note the delivery times are between 7am -12.30pm and pick up times are between 6pm-9.30pm.If you would like exact times please leave us a note in the additional info box on your booking form and someone will amend or contact you back.Under our flexible terms which is why we have become the most reliable and popular company to supply inflatable hire Walsall, Dudley, Cannock, Wolverhampton, Sutton Coldfield & West Midlands.

6. Do you hire overnight or offer late night hire?
Yes we can leave overnight hire on all inflatables as long as our driver thinks it is safe and secure, But you will be charged second day rate.

7. Do you need to pay a deposit?
We don't require a deposit for bookings under £500 over
£500 we will need a 20% deposit.
8.How and when do I pay you?
Our preferred method of payment is cash on delivery, we do also accept cheque if received 7 days before your booking. Customer who prefer to pay via bank transfer or PayPal. Please discusses this with the office before you booking date if payment hasn't been made equipment will not be left.
9. What if I need to cancel?
We have a free cancellation policy.This only applies if cancelation is due to Heavy Rain and High Winds over 24mph. If your booking is over £500, and a 20% deposit has been made then this will be refunded. This deposit is non refundable if cancellation is due to any other reason. You can move your booking to another date then the deposit will be transferred over.
10. What if it rains or is windy?
We don't cancel anyones bookings unless there is good reason, all inflatables can be used in rain/showers safely and most come complete with a sewn in rain/shower cover. Although most inflatables have rain covers this does not guarantee 100% protection for the rain therefore if forecast torrential downpours all day we would advise you to cancel.
We have a strict no set up policy for wind over 24mph, when forecast wind speeds of 24mph and above we will cancel all bookings. Your safety use is our number one priority, please remember if your bouncy castle has already been delivered and wind speeds change the hirer will remain responsible to take action and turn off the inflatable. Please take a look at our Beaufort wind scale below to help with understanding wind speeds and assist in you making the right decision. If you are unsure or worried please contact us on 0800 160 1227 we can also provide you with a anemometer on the day please ask for one when making your booking.

11. Can bouncy castles be set up on a slope ?
Ideally bouncy castles are best set up on level ground, however we can set up on slight slopes were necessary if you are unsure please forward any pictures by email to info@firstchoicebouncycastlehire.co.uk and we take a look and get back you.

12. How long will it take for set up of a bouncy castle ?
Times will vary slightly depending on the inflatable you choose and the access to your garden, usually each set up should take no longer than 20 minutes and around 20-25 minutes for collection.

13. What is Included in the price ?
Everything that is needed for the bouncy castle you have booked i.e. extension leads, ground sheet, bouncy castle fan, safety pegs, crash mats and anything else needed for you castle of choice.

14. How much space is needed?
Each bouncy castle / inflatable has its on specific space requirements, you can find the exact size of each inflatable via our website. We have also added the space needed for each individual inflatable allowing extra room for fan, mats and pegs.

17. Do you have insurance cover ?
We are fully insured to the value of 5 million pound Public Liability. The insurance covers 1st Choice Bouncy Castle Hire for any wrong doing from our side, after bouncy castle has been delivered and paper work is signed its then the responsibility of our customers to supervise there own inflatable and ensure its used in the correct manner.

18. Can I expect you to arrive on time?
Times are a very big deal to us and we never like to be late for any job, time keeping is something we pride ourselves on and work very hard to make sure when we agree times we stick to them. Since starting the business in 2014 we are very proud to say we have delivered all inflatables on the agreed times. Don't just take our word for it please check out our customer reviews. its very rare but if any problems do occur our drivers will always call you and keep you up to date.

19. Can you set up on concrete/driveways ?
All inflatables have to be securely pegged into the ground when being hired for outside use, therefore when booking your bouncy castle please make sure you have a sufficient sized grassed area for your inflatable of choice.

20. Obstructions.
Please be sure to leave a clear walkway for you bouncy castle delivery driver, we operate a very busy time schedule during the weekends and there is a specific amount of time allotted for each job. At busy times our drivers sadly may not be able to wait for you to remove any obstructions and your booking may be cancelled and full payment will be required.
