Please take the time to read our T&Cs, it's important to know as the hirer it's your responsibility to not only understand the following information outlined below but also to follow the regulations accordingly. When hiring our equipment you as the hirer are responsible for the correct supervision until the equipment has been checked by our driver on collection any damages will be charged for accordingly.
Bookings.
- Only adults 18 years and over are allowed to hire and sign for equipment when booking online.
- The customer is responsible for measuring dimensions where inflatables will be set up, All space requirements can be found on each individual bouncy castle via our website. Please note if equipment does not fit due to sizes been incorrect 1st Choice Bouncy Castles will require 50% of the hire cost.
- Overnight hires can only be left if your garden is secure, care of inflatable and security information will be given from driver upon delivery, We always reserve the right to refuse your overnight hire request if we feel the equipment may be at risk. If you do still continue to hire our product when the area is not safe to be left - You will be liable for the full cost of the inflatable if it is to get stolen or damaged.
- Public liability insurance is excluded in its entirety following any claim or injury to any third party or employee. Whether directly or indirectly related to the use of drugs and/or alcohol.
- 1st Choice Public Liability insurance will be null and void to any person not using the equipment in accordance with our T&Cs.
- Whilst the equipment is in the hirers possession and control. Liability for injuries or other losses caused, rests solely with the hirer. It is strongly recommend that the hirer has appropriate public liability insurance, covering his/her liability arising from the use of our equipment.
Cancellations
Cancellations Policy: Once you have placed an order you have entered into a contract, However we understand that cancellations may need to be made from time to time, our cancellation terms are outlined below and are designed to be very reasonable. The policy is only in place to protect both ours and yours best interests and ensure that our out of pocket expenses are covered. It is not designed to be profitable on our part.

We have a free cancellation policy.This only applies if cancelation is due to Heavy Rain and High Winds over 24mph. If your booking is over £500, and a 20% deposit has been made then this will be refunded. This deposit is non refundable if cancellation is due to any other reason. You can move your booking to another date then the deposit will be transferred over.
- Bouncy castles should not be used in very heavy rain (heavy rain forecasted for 6 or more hours) / High winds (Winds above 24mph) due to safety reasons however we can only follow the weather forecast and cannot determine if the weather will change when the inflatable is in your possession, we will still deliver the inflatable and install as agreed, however it is your responsibility to ensure the correct action is taken. Some inflatables are not suitable for heavy rain, and could cause damage to the inflatable and the equipment , therefore when heavy rain is forecast we reserve the right to change your booking to a new date or to a new item.

1st Choice Bouncy Castle Hire reserve the right to cancel any booking, where there is a potential health & safety risk to the hirer, their guests or the public. We operate a common sense approach in regard to weather conditions. 1st Choice Bouncy Castle Hire will not change our decision, our decision is FINAL.
- Please bear in mind, after equipment is installed, weather conditions may not make the equipment suitable for use, however full payment is still required regardless of these conditions. If during the day of your hire we notice the weather becomes unsuitable we will get in contact and advise you how to proceed. However it is your responsibility to monitor weather conditions including wind speeds during your event , and deflate when necessary as we do cover a wide range of delivery areas and can only advise on the area which we are based in which is Walsall.
- The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose this area. We may be able to deliver outside the areas available on our website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our website, please contact us to see if we can help you out.
- If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process by leaving a note in the additional info box on your booking form. Normal deliveries will be between 7.00-12.30pm and collection between 6.00-9.30pm.
- Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. You will be liable for the whole hire costs if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
Inflatable terms of use.
- The operator of the inflatable must be a responsible adult over the age of 18 years.
- This person must ensure the correct age of user is allowed on the inflatable.
- No smoking on or within close vicinity of the inflatable and its accessories.
- Do NOT attempt to move the inflatable once secured in position, Only trained personnel may move the inflatable.
- The operator must ensure no more than the recommended number of users are allowed on the inflatable at any one time.
- The operator must ensure the correct height of user is adhered to at all times.
- Socks are to be worn at all time but no shoes, spectacles, sharp object or food allowed on the inflatable whatsoever.
- Party poppers, streamers or silly string is strictly forbidden on the inflatable. The dye from these objects can stain the equipment. The hirer will be responsible for any damage caused by use of these objects on the inflatable.
- The operator must be positioned at the base of the Inflatable, where the front step is located to ensure the safety and well being of the users. A whistle must be used at the first sight of misbehaviour/horseplay.
- Acrobatics/summersaults are strictly forbidden on the inflatable. The operator must be aware users must simply bounce up and down with no pushing or climbing on any part of the inflatable.
- Larger more boisterous children should be separated from smaller ones, using a rotating system for using the inflatable.
- The operator must ensure the unit remains intact and should regularly inspect the Inflatable and its anchorage for any signs of loosening. In the event of failure, all users are to be safely removed and the inflatable restored to safe operation.
- Accidents must be reported in the relevant accident book, including dates and accounts of what occurred and signed by the injured third party representative.
- Weather conditions are to be monitored, taking the inflatable out of use, when wind speeds exceed 24mph or in heavy rainfall should result in the inflatable being taken out of use and electrical equipment unplugged.
- The blower is to be checked regularly to ensure it remains in place. In the event of loss of pressure, the operator must check no rubbish is restricting the fan from its operation. No member of public should have any access to the blower or its electric sockets.
- In the use of petrol blowers, the fuel must be stored in an appropriate container under lock and key. In the event of re-fuelling the inflatable must be deflated and public at a safe distance.
- Seams and zips must be monitored for any tears.
- The hirer will be deemed to have inspected the equipment and any accessories and will have agreed that it is supplied in good condition unless brought to the attention of 1st Choice Bouncy Castle Hire when erecting the inflatable.
- Please treat our equipment with respect, mistreated; overly dirty inflatable's, when being collected will incur a £35 cleaning charge.
- Public liability insurance is excluded in its entirety following any claim or injury to any third party or employee. Whether directly or indirectly related to the use of drugs and/or alcohol.
- 1st Choice Bouncy Castle Hire excludes any liability for injury, loss or damage caused to any person using the equipment contrary to our terms & conditions.
- Whilst the equipment is in the hirers possession and control. Liability for injuries or other losses caused, rests solely with the hirer. It is strongly recommend that the hirer has appropriate public liability insurance, covering his/her liability arising from the use of our equipment.
