So how does the price match we offer work ? We guarantee to match any hire price given by any other company that operates with n the same delivery areas as our selves ( PROVIDING THE FOLLOWING )
1 - The bouncy castle is of the same quality and size as what we offer
2 - The other company is a registered and are a legal company operating within the law
3 - All of their bouncy castles are tested annually with a valid certified certificate
4 - All electrical equipment has been PAT tested
5 - They hold £5m Public Liability Insurance
Reasons why they must meet all the options above is that 1st Choice Bouncy Castle Hire hold all of these and will continue doing so. This is to not only give our customers great products and service, but to also make sure that we operate in a manner that will ensure we do everything possible to maintain the health and safety of our customers as this is of the up most importance.
Sadly, some company's do lie about holding the correct insurances and having all their equipment tested by a competent person and for these reasons they may offer bouncy castles at a cheaper price . However without the quality of service and sadly if something was to go wrong they wouldn't have the insurance in place to deal with the matter.
